Built on the proven DMC 160 U duoBLOCK platform, this system delivers best-in-class five-axis machining with exceptional precision, performance, and efficiency.<\/span><\/p><p>The DMC 160 MP is engineered with a rigid gantry-style duoBLOCK machine structure, optimized to minimize vibration and deformation during complex, multi-axis machining operations. High-resolution linear scales on all axes and temperature-controlled critical components further contribute to exceptional positional accuracy and repeatability.<\/p><p>The system\u2019s five-axis kinematics enable simultaneous contouring of complex geometries while maintaining tight positional and form tolerances.
